Dear Sue and
Dennis,
We want to thank you so much for how wonderful you have been
during the entire process of buying our girl, Josie! You were
very helpful when we made our first inquiry call, and you were
extremely patient and informative during our visit to select
Josie. You took the time to explain in detail how we can
best care for her in regards to housebreaking, diet, socialization
with our pug Georgia and our young boys, training, and overall
health care. Since the day that we got her, we have called
you several times asking questions and seeking your advice about
various ways to care for her. You have been just as friendly
and patient since the first day. It makes us feel comforted
that we have you as an educated resource to help us take care
of Josie throughout the different stages of her life. You
treat us and your dogs like family members, and we could not
have searched worldwide for better, or more sincere, service!
We haven't even mentioned yet how much we adore our big
girl, Josie, and how very beautiful she is! She has the perfect
personality to be a member of our family... she is active and
playful with our boys, but very gentle and loving with our elderly
pug Georgia. She has such a great overall personality that
truly makes her a delightful part of our family! Thank you so
much for what you offer people who are wanting not just to buy
a dog, but who are making an addition to our families!
